Buying Info
When you find a product you would like to Buy put the Quantity
You require in the Quantity Box and click on the Add to Basket Button,
This will take you to your Shopping Basket showing the quantity ordered
and the cost you have to pay nothing more is added on for shipping etc,
You can at this stage delete the item, change the quantity, or continue
shopping and add more items or you can go to checkout
Enter all your details on the form it is better to put your full address
so that the postman can find you ok, Then click next this takes you to
Select payment option ie **Sage Pay or **Paypal, then click Send Order
You will receive an Order confirmation by email & we will receive your Order
This will be packed and sent out by letter post we only use parcel post
for heavy items like Bankers Lamps
You will receive an Order Dispatched email telling you the date it as been Dispatched, should we have sold out of the item ordered you will receive
an email giving you various options including a full refund
Payment Sage Pay or Paypal
**Secure Payment Service Providers they process your credit card we
have no part of this operation it is completely independent from our shop
They only tell us if the payment is ok or otherwise If the payment failed for some reason we would send you an email giving you various options to pay
We can only dispatch orders we have received payment for
Please Note the Payment on your Credit Card will be to The Guernsey Lighthouse Ltd
Order Tracking
When you receive your email order confirmation you will see at the
bottom of the page the following message
Order Tracking: You May track this order by clicking on the link & using your
login & password to enter the customer side of our back office
this will enable you to see the date when your order was dispatched
this date will match the dispatch order email you will receive as stated above
